INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Our relationships help shape our sense of self and our wellbeing and arguably the most important relationship is the one we have with ourselves. Individual therapy differs from couple therapy - the focus is on you, your relationships and your personal growth.
Maybe you are in a relationship wanting…
